Design services

3D Mechanical Design
We manage the complete project development, from concept to final draft. We work primarily with Creo (formerly Pro-Engineer), but are compatible with files from CATIA, Unigraphics, and Solidworks. We create parametric models, complex assemblies, and construction drawings according to ISO and customer standards.
Co-design
We actively collaborate with the client's technical department to optimize geometry, materials, and functionality, with the aim of reducing costs and improving the performance of the finished product.
Product engineering
We transform the initial idea into an industrializable product, working on thicknesses, undercuts, parting planes and types of attachments for injection molding.
Reverse Engineering
We recreate 3D geometries from existing physical samples, with point cloud acquisition and CAD reconstruction. Ideal for spare parts, replicas, and optimizations.

Simulation services

Process simulation
We perform part filling, cooling, and deformation analyses, anticipating issues such as sink marks, weld lines, and shrinkage. Our simulations allow you to optimize the mold design before manufacturing.

Small series production

Rapid prototyping
We print functional prototypes using FDM technology and materials such as PETG, glass/carbon-filled PA6, and ASA. We perform CNC machining on single pieces or pre-production runs for functional testing and verification.
Pre-series and molding
We handle injection molding for small batches, ideal for industrial validation, sampling, and gradual start-ups.
Component assembly
We offer assembly of sub-assemblies or entire products, integrating printed, mechanical, and electronic components, according to the specific techniques provided by the customer.
Quality control
Each production phase is monitored with 3D scanning systems (ATOS GOM), certified measuring instruments, and dimensional checks on representative samples.

Custom gripper manufacturing

We design and build custom grippers for robotic lines, with modular aluminum components, guides, and adaptive gripping systems. Optimized for speed, lightness, and compatibility with commercial grippers and actuators.
